You could have fixed the defective shoe in due time, and that would have been perfectly acceptable. However, you chose to send a replacement pair and mail it in record time. This source for Mephisto shoes has the largest selection that I have found, however I didn't see a lot of discounts. I had to return one of the pairs I purchased and had absolutely no problem and got a personal phone call from the merchant. I definately will continue using mephistowebstore. Carole Johnson
