Order Tracking
Upon completing the online order process you will receive an e-mail message confirming your order.
Sales Tax
Any order shipped within the state of Florida is subject to sales tax (6.0%).
Credit Card Orders
Credit card transactions will appear on your credit card statement as a transaction from Wuttke Inc.
Delivery Turnaround
All orders received by 3pm EST are processed on the same business day.
Shipping
We ship all orders OVERNIGHT with Fed-Ex, and UPS. All items are insured for the full value of purchase. On any returns or exchanges shipped from the buyer,the buyer will be responsible for claims with any carrier used by the buyer.
Defective Merchandise
It is the buyer's responsibility to return any defective merchandise to be replaced. We require insuring your return shipment for the full value of purchase. We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Replacement merchandise will generally be returned via Fedex or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping methods are available, however the buyer will be responsible for paying the extra shipping charges. The buyer must first obtain a (RMA#) prior to returning any defective merchandise. See the RETURN POLICY section of this website for additional details.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after they are processed will be subject to a 10% service charge.
Miscellaneous
The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or misuse of these products. By placing an order, the Buyer signifies agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
