Delivery Turnaround All orders received by 3pm EST are processed on the same business day. Shipping We ship all orders OVERNIGHT with Fed-Ex, and UPS. All items are insured for the full value of purchase. On any returns or exchanges shipped from the buyer,the buyer will be responsible for claims with any carrier used by the buyer. Defective Merchandise It is the buyer's responsibility to return any defective merchandise to be replaced. We require insuring your return shipment for the full value of purchase. We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Replacement merchandise will generally be returned via Fedex or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping methods are available, however the buyer will be responsible for paying the extra shipping charges.
